Start with a clean, dry lid
Remove all eye makeup and let the skin dry completely. Serum applied over residue sits on the makeup, not the lash.
One stroke, root to tip
Wipe excess off the wand against the neck of the tube. Draw a single line along the upper lash line, as you would a fine liner. One dip covers both eyes.
Let it dry, then leave it
Under a minute. Don't apply to the lower lash line and don't use it more than once a day — more serum doesn't speed anything up.
If the product gets into the eye, rinse with water. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding without speaking to your doctor.

Does this actually make my eyelashes grow?

How is it different from the prescription treatments?
Prescription lash products use prostaglandin analogues such as bimatoprost, which are licensed medicines and only available from a prescriber. They work differently, and carry documented side effects including permanent iris darkening and changes to the fat around the eye. Navello contains no prostaglandins of any kind. It's a cosmetic, and it behaves like one.
Can I use it with lash extensions or a lash lift?
Yes. It's oil-free, so it won't break down extension adhesive. Apply it to the lash line rather than saturating the extensions themselves, and let it dry fully before bed.
I wear contact lenses. Is that a problem?
No. Apply it at night with lenses out, and let it dry completely before you sleep.
